If you win the auction and you’re not completely satisfied when you receive the item, email us through ebay within 3 days of receiving the item and ask for a return authorization approval. You can return it for a refund minus listing & shipping fees. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. You must notify us before returning items. If a problem is not brought to our attention by day three the item cannot be returned. Returned items must be post marked within 14 days of day you received the item. Calibration Issues, Software codes, Passwords, Licenses, BIOS upgrades or any software issues are not covered by our DOA warranty as we are selling hardware only. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers.
We strongly encourage you to inspect the contents of your item(s) upon delivery. If any damage is found on any of the boxes you are receiving, please mark the delivery receipt as "
DAMAGED
" along with a quick description of the damage you're noting
. This is the only way we can assist you in making a claim against a carrier for damage. Damage uncovered after the driver has left will be assumed to have occurred after delivery. You need only refuse those items that show damage and you may retain the rest of the item(s) as we work to get a replacement sent out to you.
Freight Damages: If the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and the box is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier and request an inspection of the package. A refund will be available as soon as the carrier accepts to cover the damages.
International bidders must contact me for approval before bidding.
Items may look different from actual pictures. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Shipping is non-refundable.
