    This is a new old stock set of worm gear and worm made by Boston Gear. The gear set is 12 DP with a cast iron  worm gear, Boston Gear #D1402A RH which has 40 teeth and a .750" bore. Pitch diameter is 3.333" and it is a DOUBLE pitch right hand gear. The matching worm is a steel worm, Boston Gear # DH1407 RH  which is also DOUBLE pitch lead, right hand, and has a .500" bore. The overall ratio is 20:1 since it is a double pitch.
