550 Survival Cord makes GREAT BOOT LACES. In a SERE/survival situation you always have 7 inner strands that can be removed to construct survival items, animal snares, shelters while the outer sheath remains as a bombproof bootlace. Tensile test strength: 550 lb /250 kg at breaking point.
