Also please note that the actual diameter of the bore can be seen on the micrometer in the pictures. The diameter stated in the title is a nominal "book" diameter. Always go by the diameter on the micrometer and expect .001" variance from one gear to the next.
THESE WERE DESIGNED TO FIT TIGHT ON A 1/4" SHAFT SO THERE IS ZERO SLOP. THEN DRILL AND PIN OR TAP FOR A SET SCREW. (SEE PICS)
THESE DO NOT HAVE A PIN HOLE OR THREADS FOR A SET SCREW. YOU MUST DO THIS YOURSELF AND SUPPLY A PIN TO SUIT YOUR APPLICATION. WE DRILLED THE ONE IN THE PICTURES FOR DEMONSTRATION.
