SEM 40207, Quick Set 20, Bumper Tab Repair Quick Set 20 is an opaque, fast curing urethane Adhesive designed for automotive plastic repair. With a 20 second work time, Quick Set 20 is an excellent choice for quickly repairing bumper brackets, tabs, headlight buckets and grills. It may also be used for bonding backer panels, moldings, emblems and most small plastic, metal and aluminum parts. Work Time: 15-30 seconds @ 70ºF Set Time: Approx. 5 Minutes @ 70ºF Cure Time: 45-60 minutes @ 70ºF Tensile Strength: 4750-4800 psi Salesman Note: Use in conjunction with SEM 70007 for a reinforced repair of bumper tabs. Each 40207 kit comes with (2) 70011 Static Mix Nozzles. A SEM 71119 Applicator Gun is required for dispensing and is sold separately.
