    Description

    Stevens Style Steel Guitar Tone Bar Slide, Chrome, Heavy, Good Quality, Excellent Condition, from the 1990's.
    I purchased this tone bar about 25 years ago.  I bought it to use with an 8 string lap guitar, but I sold the 8 string guitar long ago.  As you can see from the pictures, it has had very little use. It is definitely a Stevens type, but I'm not sure about the maker.  You can clearly see the maker's symbol, original Stevens steels were made by AP&M and had a mark on one end.  This is different symbol.  High quality manufacting, in great shape.  2 7/8 inch X 5/8 inch X 3/8 inch.  Seems heavy for it's size.
