Vintage Witch Needle Threader with base and original box Made in West Germany. Box is a little worn, and torn, but basically in good shape. J&P Coats mending floss, 8 original wooden spools in original box with paper pamphlet information/instructions included. Box is a little worn and has a piece torn from the top, but also in really good shape overall. Sold by the Spool Cotton company New York. "10 spools (only 8 included) of popular colors for mending silk hosiery, gloves and underware." Please see pictures.

Most of the items I sell are old and used, (unless otherwise noted). Because of this, there may be and probably are small marks, defects, scratches or other issues with them. I do my best to point out any major issues and include pictures, but please understand that I can make mistakes and miss things. Also, there may be defects or issues that are not pictured or mentioned because these items are old and expected to have minor issues. What you find to be an issue might not be an issue to me, so please ask questions before bidding if you are concerned. I will do all I can to make things right when there is a problem, if you just contact me. But without communication, there is nothing I can do. Please note: These items are being sold as display type pieces only. I do not guarantee that the needle threader will function properly, due to its age. In fact, I would go as far to say that it will not work for you. I tested it, and the mechanism functions perfectly, however I was never able to get a needle threaded with it. Maybe you will have better luck than I did. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. Also, the thread included with the sale is OLD, and because of that it may not be practical to use. It will have degraded with age and can no longer be used for its intended purpose. Again, ALL the items in this listing are being sold as display pieces only and not as functional items.
